Icarus Marine is a consultant design office that provides all design and engineering related services surrounding the design of high speed marine craft. These services include model testing and performance predictions, propulsion system design, structural design, stability assessments and calculations, styling and general arrangements, construction strategy consulting etc. The company also provides project management for the boat life cycle from design through building to operation. Most of the designs are intended for commercial and/or military use and typical applications would be work boats, patrol boats, interceptors and ferries.
